Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a LOYALR account or using our free tools, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The Service

LOYALR provides QR code generation, branded Hubs, destination management and analytics. NFC hardware is planned but not currently available, and is never required to use the software.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Business & Personal Plans

Personal plans are self-service. Business plans may be Business Essentials or Business Advantage, which includes managed setup and change requests actioned by our team; response times are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. Founding Membership is a one-time $99 activation that includes your first month, then $29/month for 12 paid billing cycles, then $49/month — monthly billing only. 5a. Founding Membership

Founding Membership is limited to 100 members. Each Founder receives a unique reference (LR-FM-001 to LR-FM-100) assigned in order of completed payment, priority managed setup, and a reserved numbered Founding Edition Smart Card. Founder rates hold only while your membership stays continuously active; cancelling releases the rate and the place.

5b. Smart Cards

Smart Cards are an optional physical add-on and are not yet shipping — every plan works fully with QR alone. Reservation, shipping, replacements and deactivation are covered by the Smart Card Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use LOYALR to distribute illegal content, infringe on others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

7. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of the links, logos and content you add to your Hub, and you're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use it.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

LOYALR is provided 'as is.' We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LOYALR after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
